How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders take between 4 and 7 working days to ship within the UAE.
Once your order has been sent we will email you the tracking details, and once it is out of our hands, we can not control the delivery speed. If you have an issue and wish to enquire about the whereabouts of your order, please get in touch with Aramex directly with your tracking information.

Please note we dispatch daily, so provided we still need to send your order, we can definitely adjust it.

About Lex & Fox playdough product:
What size are the jars?
Lex & Fox Playdough comes in a large 280-gram jar. It is enough for a full creative play experience and can easily be spread amongst two children (or mum).
We love the large jars, as you can do so much more with this amount, more balls to roll, more snakes to make, and a larger bowl for the eggs.
To compare, a standard play doh tub is 90 grams.
What ingredients are in Lex & Fox Playdough?
We understand it's vital that you know what your little one is playing with, so we are happy to share our ingredients. We use flour, salt, water, vegetable oil, corn flour, cream of tartar, food essence to scent and either food colouring or cosmetic grade pigment powder to colour. Do you use oils? How is Lex & Fox Playdough scented?
Yes, we use essential oils or fragrance oil to scent Lex & Fox Playdough.
How long will Lex & Fox Playdough?
Providing your care for the Playdough as per the care label on the jar, it will keep for approximately six months; the better care you take of it to keep it fresh (see next question), the longer it will last. We have numerous customers who are still playing with their Lex & Fox Playdough a whole year later!
How do I keep my Lex & Fox Playdough fresh?
Play with it often, and always put it back in a sealed jar after play. Store in a cool dark place. If the Playdough dries or is less soft, give it a good knead with your hands, and if required, add a few drops of water and continue kneading to restore softness. If the Playdough is left in direct sunlight for extended periods, the colours could change; usually, it needs a good kneading to restore a consistent colour.
What age do you recommend?
While sensory, nature-based mindful play is an incredibly rich and important aspect for all ages of development and growth, it is recommended that our playdough & products are for Ages 3+ and always under adult supervision due to small parts and choking hazards.
While playdough is made from all-natural food-grade ingredients and looks doughlicious, it is a toy and not to be eaten.
My child has allergies, can they still have Lex & Fox Playdough?
Lex & fox Playdough contains wheat and corn/maize.

It is always best to follow the steps you have in place when trying new foods, like testing a little on a small part of the skin first.
The colour of my Lex & Fox Playdough is slightly different to what I see on the website.
While we work hard to produce consistent colours with what you see on our website, there could be slight variations due to monitor and phone colours as well as the postage environment.
