For other items, we offer a 7-day return policy starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at if you receive a defective or damaged item or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items such as perishable goods (like Playdough) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
