Returns and Faulty Goods
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days) by emailing us at hello@letthemplaytoys.com.
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 14 days of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully. We may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment within two to five days.

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.

All products are designed and made with children’s safety in mind and made to meet AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS AS/NZS 8124.
Please read all product descriptions and care instructions carefully to ensure you are purchasing and using each item for its intended purpose so as to not damage the product or more importantly, put your child’s safety at risk. We have done our best to make these terms clear in each description and cannot be held responsible should an item be misused or the information provided be ignored.
All products are intended and designed for children above the age of 36 months unless otherwise stated. Some products may pose a choking hazard and it is not recommended that children who still put objects in their mouth have access to our toys unless fully supervised.
All products that are coloured have been done so using non toxic food grade dyes, and some products are finished with a natural beeswax and coconut oil balm that is handmade by us.
